Description So, the pic reperesents everything I could not express in words. It is the illustration to the theme that occupies my mind for some time now - angel and dead child. Guess that my next couple of poems will be on the same topic.
I know perfectly well, that this can not be called a masterpiece, but nobody volunteered to draw it for me, soI had to survive with my own skills. Moreover, I wanted to investigate, how the length of the lines effects the mood of the pic.
In general, this is about an angel, who tried to save a dying child, but failed.

This drawing is beautiful.
The angel, is, well, uhm, .... words can't describe it. I really like this pic from a spiritual perspective. The angel may have failed and the child may have died, but who knows where the soul will end up

Great work.

the long lines seem to give it a more sad appeal and the way it stands... i like this. very nicely done and i can understand it too :smiles: great work.

Okay I just got off work so my mind is fried BUT I am going to comment anyway. This is very good, and the meaning adds so much to it. A lot of emotion behind it.

yeah i have to agree, i like to think the child was saved... even if he did not live. i like how you did this in black and white. it's simply rendered, and i think that adds emotion to the piece. i like it, you should work on your mad drawing skills!!!

This is very sad,
and yet,
could be uplifting when I take some time to think about it a little.

The white on black vs. black on white is very strong and yet (to me) it symbolizes the light shining through the darkness.
I am not sure if this is what you were going for but I think it is great whichever way you look at it.

I would like to think that the child was infact saved, just not in a way that we automatically think.

Anyway, great job, I would not have had anyone else do this for you. I like the way that you have put this toghether.
