Meet Victoria's first real friend, Myrtle McKay, a seventeen year old orphan newbie witch who lives in an abandoned yet well maintained mansion in Washington DC. Vic's quickest and preferred access to her mansion is via two connected enchanted paintings: one being in Vic's attic and the other in the mansion.

Myrtle is trying to decide exactly what kind of witch she wants to be, so she is trying different kinds of magick (I spelled it that way on purpose; She's inspired by more real life witches) like herbal concoctions, crystal healing, astrology, and divination. Because she is a beginner, some of her spells either backfire, cause an accidental misfortune, or otherwise not work. Despite this, it is clear that she is very talented and she's even confident that she will some day start her own coven. She and Vic love geeking out and participating in quirky activities in the Monster Dimension and haunted locations. While not nearly as weird as Vic, Myrtle appreciates the darkness in the world and how it can help train us to become stronger.
