I love everything above her hips. The skirt, however, is way too busy. It looks messy and kind of cut up - which contradicts from the rest of the dress and pulls away from the overall flow of the piece. I would suggest picking one or two of the ideas used in the skirt and even it out to create a little more balance. Otherwise, this is a rockin piece that definitely fits a diva! I love how you chose to accesorize with the gemstone - it's glam but not too over-the-top - and the scarf on the microphone is a nice touch!

I like this dress, it's very pretty. My mother has a Tanzanite ring but hers is purple. I actually like the blue much better.
