I drew this to celebrate the last day of Steven Bomb 2, which featured ominous foreshadowing, along with some humorous gags. Also, over in Japan, the season finale of JoJo's Bizarre Adventure aired, bringing a conclusion to Part 3: Stardust Crusaders! An uber-powerful fusion is slowly becoming unstable at the bottom of the ocean, and an evil time-stopping vampire tried to finish off the hero by dropping a steamroller on him!

That was a hell of a day for TV animation, I'll tell you!

Anyhoo, I originally started this pic with the intention of just having Steven and Garnet dressed as Jotaro and Star Platinum. However, as I was drawing, something inside me said "Why stop there?!" and I took it even further! The first day of Steven Bomb 2 featured the episode, 'Sworn to the Sword' and I realized that I HAD to draw Connie dressed as Polnareff, and Pearl as Silver Chariot! Then, I drew Greg as Joseph, with Amethyst spicing things up by letting him use her whip as Hermit Purple!

Although, if she ties that thing any tighter, Greg really will need an artificial hand! On the bright side, his costume would become even more authentic!

I can't really think of parallels between JJBA and SU, but these were practically no-brainers!
