This is Vikkarrenzylothrope Sphvarwi, one of the Royal Eastern Draconians on Sekai~ He's a gardener, a loving mate and father to a hot shot son who's still young.
A little history:

Vik was born in the Guardian Palace, and for a few years after, life was great. His uncle, Kailthan was known to be a bit shady, an illusionist and power hungry.

He made the illusion of Blazaki, Vik's cousin, and kail's own son Hanenone and with these illusions, he himself slaughtered the Royals. Only a few survived, a few wounded servants. During this battle, Vik's father protected him and kept him and his mother alive, but died himself. To protect Vik, Eirrloch, his mother, took him to a sacred, and secret garden high up in the mountains.

This garden was the final resting place for the Dragon Guardian of sekai, and it was the family tradition to protect the Soulsphere and Guardian's necklace till the guardian was reborn. Later, Kail showed up again, once more in the guise of his son, Hanenone, and attacked Eirrloch, but ignored Vik. Eir' was beaten and more nearly to the last shred of her life before Kail turned on Vik.

Kail left both of them alive, and later the real Hanenone showed up to try and fix the situation, and to absorb the wrongful life within Eir. Kail returned once more when Vik was a bit older. Vik, who'd trained for many moons with his elements attacked and took kail down, shamed him, and sent him away.

Later, Xerazer, who'd been marked as dead after the slaughter, showed up out of the blue, still in an amnesia stupor. No one knows what happened to her, but she bonded with Vik. Over the next couple years, she got her memory back and their life together couldn't be better. Kail never returned, and the garden was left in peace, protected even from the demon Noise.

Hanenone showed up looking for the soulsphere and necklace of the guardian, and Vik told him that Blazaki had already been given them, as they were rightfully his....But thats another story and not related to Vik.

The bipedal form was drawn from a generic biped I made based on a giftart TheBlackButterfly gave me and said I could do whatever with. <3

Shinerai helped me greatly in designing the cobra-like hood,which is NOT based on Sky-Sealer's Sardy. It was based on both a cobra and the fact that i've been playing Primal Rage recently 8'D <3Vertigo!

Also the wings were not based on the 'Banshees' in Avatar. Vik always had wings like that, pictured well before AVATAR. All Draconians have hip sails as quasi-wings.
