Hi, there. I would like to start this off with saying that this a fantastic photo. The way you work with the lighting is phenomenal.
Now, I have a request. I have been taking a painting class for a few months, and we've now gone out of the scenery phase. I am being asked to paint a male nude. Whether it's a live nude or a picture doesn't matter to them.
This may come off as slightly odd, but I really respect the lines of your body. (Yep, this is coming off as weird.) You have great muscle tone, and as I said before, the light loves you.
So I was wondering, could I use this photo and make it into a painting? I know I could have just not asked you and done it anyway, but I would feel weird recreating someone's body without their permission.
You totally don't have to say yes. If you refuse, I promise I won't do it. You have my word.

Hmm, very interesting...I'm happy you'd come to me first about it but really people will always just go on and use something they see on the internet because it's so easily obtainable. I realize this...even if I refuse to allow it people can use it regardless.

I don't think it's morals, per se. I think it's just being a decent person. I personally believe that you can't just *take* someone's property. It's just not right. But people will be obnoxious people, I guess.
