It's simple.
Use the diamond pointed ring to make a hole in the wrapping, the hydro-lava powered hair dryer to melt the wrappings and then step out of the chains.
Don't ask where they would get the hairdrying from.
They seem to carry everything in a magical back pocket.

They'd probably be hiding SOMETHING.
I mean they was mummified in the series and they still managed to escape through a convenient series of events all linked to convenience of Jerry giving them a convenient item for this mission.

The mummified escape was cheap. They didn't have their arms tied up properly so could reach their gadgets (except the guy with them who had to sit there helpless and wait for them to save him
