"The old enemies of humanity ,The Musouku Shogunate, have returned! Imprisoned by the ancient Chroma Masters of long ago, they have been released by accident and ,with their revitalized Art Demon Armies, known as the MonoChrome, seek to steal the worlds art, drain the world of colors, and rule it under a tyrannical dictatorship where artistic expression is outlawed. Since those ancient times, the arts schools descended from those ancient masters, have split into two opposing factions; the law-abiding, steely Bushido and the wild, style-changing Shinobi. The rivalry between these two schools is so fierce that, as three prodigy students from each school come together to form the new generation of Super Sentai, they must contend not only with the MonoChrome, but each other as well! The Law abiding Bushido Sentai ChromaRanger seek to destroy the Musouku Shogunate and return the stolen art to the public while the Shinobi Sentai Bitekiger seek to claim the art for themselves as a means to keep to out of evils hands.
