Yes, still alive...just very busy this summer. But not too busy to post some more cosplay goodness from Anime Central this year!Let's start off with everyone's favorite fiery, possibly psychotic redhead, Asuka Langley-Soryu! Here Asuka strikes a typically triumphant pose. Pride goeth before a fall, as they say.
Seriously though, this was one of my favorite cosplays at ACen 2015, and a great person to boot.

This is how a good/successful Anime Cosplay should be which you racist western cosplayers never able to achieve since the past to to this day antiwesterncosplayers.blogspot… . So stop cosplaying our Anime/Asian characters and be proud of your own western race by stick to imitate your own cartoon/western characters which fit you westerners because you westerners make your own cartoon/western characters based on yourselves so that you racist western cosplayers won't commit any racism and won't ruin any characters by stick to your own cartoon/western characters, also know that you racist western cosplayers won't be/look like us Asians or won't even at least be/look as cute as Asian when you racist western cosplayers imitating our Anime/Asian characters and instead you westerners just end up look weird because you racist western cosplayers attempting to imitate characters that are not based on you westerners.

Then I guess you'd better scrap anime entirely, since anime was directly inspired by Western animators, namely Fleischer and Disney. Osamu Tezuka stated on many occasions that his inspiration came from Disney, as well as Betty Boop. There's plenty of overlap between the two, so that cultural appropriation doesn't really work with anime, or even much manga. If "Western" cosplayers imitate "your" anime characters, then "your" anime studios and mangaka copied Westerners first.
Also, to say that only Asians can appreciate anime is a racist statement in and of itself. That would be like me saying that Japan can't appreciate aircraft (an American invention), the automobile (a German invention), or the internet (an American invention). The only racist around here is you.
