Description
The Blood Queen, one of Sapphire City's most powerful crime lords, is famous for hosting the most brutal and deadliest underground fights in the world. A good portion of her overall profits come from these bloody fights, and whenever one is shut down by the police, it's not long before another one pops up to take it's place. The fighters who enter these illegal fights seek fame, fortune, and status in the Blood Pack gang. The Blood Queen does her best to provide her clients with the best fights, always looking for fresh talent to challenge her champion, the vicious Rita Ravage. While she's always viewed the arrival of the Sentinel Corps as a potential threat, she did see an opportunity with one of its members, Devil Cat, whom she could tell was a real fighter. So, she puts events into motion in order to set up a spectacular main event, the champion of the Blood Cage, Rita Ravage, versus the challenger, Devil Cat. While Devil Cat has no interest in becoming champion of the Blood Cage, she's never been one to back down from a fight.
