Wow! I liked the distribution of shadows although of course the small details imposed, and I like to know that there is someone who thinks like me, the animes of the 80's until the 2000's always had details and strong colors that made me stay fixed on them, not that those of today do not have but is few compared to the old ones, when I see an anime and another the impression that gives me is that the characters are the same only change the details, I realize this mainly when I go to events that show a lot of animes, worse sometimes the 3d they put in the animation makes me a bit annoyed, funny to see that as the years pass the characters are getting cleaner, in a little while everything will be white haha! (I'll take a look at this Guyver by the way)

Thank you very much! I definitely agree with you that characters and styles seem to be so similar and flat now. I suppose it makes the few shows that sound out that much more enjoyable!

I totally get where you're coming from, there's something about the sweet spot of early 2000's anime that just seemed so inspired. I also have personal favorites from recent time but they aren't as passionate as some of the classics. But putting my dumb feelings aside, this is freaking awesome! Intricate armor is terrifying to draw on its own but the foreshortening on the arm really brings it all together!

Thank you, brother! I feel like I bit off more than I could chew, but that's the only way to improve, right? I would love to go back in time and watch some of those shows for the first time all over again! I think I'm going to stick with the black and white shading for these last few inktober pieces since it's a fun style!

Black and white is so much easier to work with and can end up looking so good! But I agree with tackling challenges, I think seeing mistakes is the fastest way to make improvements. But it's kinda a moot point here since this came out great!
