Excellent fullbody portrait.
The overall B&W propably works best for this photo, I've only passed Harajuku while on the Yamanote so I can't say for sure what the background would look like, but I must comment that it almost makes her look a little lonely in the photo. Especially the top part of the background makes her slightly out of place.
Overall a great photo though!
