I've been working on these for about a week back in March, but after a while couldn't hold up time to work on them. I STILL have many eyes missing that need to be worked on, but for now, here's the first batch of my OC eyes!

I LOVE doing eyes and experimenting on different iris/pupil/shine techniques. I had once created over 30+ custom templates for eyes a few years ago, but then my computer completely blew a shit-brick, and I lost numerous files. Including the eye templates I spent almost 8 months designing. I think many would be very understanding if they found out I cried that day. QwQ

Anyways! These eyes belong to four of my OCs. See below for details!

Hal - Hal here has 'candy corn' eyes! His sclera are yellow, his irises are orange, and his pupils are a startling white. They are VERY expressive, often to the point of being extremely uncomfortable to look at sometimes. His pupils, and even his irises, can contract and expand. His pupils are cat-like, and can expand into large, white disks that can overwhelm his orange iris, shrink to tiny pinpoint white dots, or narrow into cat-like slits. His moods often are dictated by his eyes, but due to their almost ridiculous amount of expression, no one can really pinpoint what his mood is unless he expresses it in tangible facial expressions, words, tone, or other body language. His eyes were inherited from his mentor and master, Samhain. Their 'default' expression area medium-small oval shape.

Samhain - like Hal's eyes, Samhain boasts candy corn eyes. His irises are just a slight shade brighter though, and his eyes narrower in shape. Unlike Hal's eyes, they are not as expressive, though he has the ability to contract both his pupils and irises. He has a firmer grasp on his emotions and expressions though, and has mastered optical expression. He has also utilized optical expression as a means of intimidation and deception - coupled with his facial expressions and inter-changeable energies, he can come off as wicked, fierce, devious, sultry, confused, thoughtful, kind, curious, happy, angry, bored, or flat in expression - all in just a few seconds. His deceptive use of his eyes is only ever reserved for others outside his trusted circle, and often times his expression is very serene and calm. His optical 'default' is similar to Hal's, but his pupils are a bit narrower and pointed on the top and bottom.

Doll - an unreleased OC still in the design phase. Doll is actually based off of an older OC of mine and a sort of alternate version of said old OC. He is a child spirit, mute, and seems to look like an 1800 English boy that stepped out of a black-and-grey picture. As his name may suggest, he is the Spirit of Toys, and has one toy in particular that talks for him. His eyes are strange and seemed to imitate the shiny black disks of button eyes, with four white dots that people debate to be pupils. His eyes are stranger in that they never really seem to focus on anyone or anything - they are flat as the picture he seemed to walk right out of, but hold a very eerie sense of emotional expression that no one can name. Add in his lack of speaking, his unassuming size and form, and his tattered, sailor-mouthed teddy bear, heis not a spirit often approached.

Laplace - Laplace is my Father Time's steward, assistant, caretaker, ward and servant. He is, essentially, Time's butler. Laplace is one of the two remaining Pooka alive today (the other being Bunnymund), and it is said that he was somehow involved in the cascading events that led tot he Pookan race's demise. His eyes are black, as his station of Spirit of Space would dictate. Often times his eyes are completely opaque, other times they appear as normal eyes with a depth, shine, and form. Stars will sometimes flash in his eyes, and galaxies, milky ways, and planets will skim across their surface before they are swallowed by their blackness. Before becoming a spirit, his eyes supposedly were not fully black - they were in fact a lot like Bunnymund's, but of a much darker color that bordered on black. How he came into Time's service is unknown to anyone but Time, Nature, and Laplace himself. The rumor is that Time took an interest in Laplace, who at the time had been a very eccentric, often called 'mad' Pookan scientist and scholar with wild theories of time and space. Other Pooka claimed him and his theories to be madness, but somehow Time took interest. His eyes are not overly expressive, but the flashes of stars and other spacial entities in them are considered tells to his mood or thoughts.
He is supposedly the only (known) being to have looked into Time's eyes and not lost his mind. Instead he gained his power over space, and retained his eccentric attitude and personality.

And there you have it! The next batches will feature Maestro, Disliber, Patrick, Cupid, and) Harley's eyes!
