So...Mr. Hiddles has been blanketing my Tumblr dashboard for the good part of this week. Figured I might as well try to fiddle with his face. Hiddle fiddle.I'm too tired to refine it more so it's still all sketchy and not exactly accurate...;3; Ah well. You have a very nice face though, Mr. Hiddles.

I wasn't asking whether you had traced it. You seem like an honest enough person to do it by eye.
It was purely done by eye, though. Just brush strokes, time, and a reference picture? Well done! I guess there is no way for me to learn to draw quickly.

Ahaha thanks, it's actually always been a pet peeve of mine to see people trace art and pretend they drew it (probably cause I once knew a girl who loved to boast while doing that LOL)
I'm really not very good at painting and drawing from real life, I know some people are really fast with speed-painting realistic faces but I need more practice. I actually only just started drawing again, sometimes I take breaks from drawing months at a time. Not a good idea, since practice is important, but sometimes I find I can visualize better after a break. It's sort of like drawing a picture and then coming back to it later and noticing the imperfections I guess, haha xD; Though I'll probably start drawing more now, I think I've hit a bubble of inspiration lately yay
