The way you combine watercolor and pen is just great, it has that slightly dark, Victorian feeling to it.
If I could make one suggestion, in a similar scene you might extend the horizon and visible part of the city at the bottom left, to make it seem more expansive, though I get that there's clouds (and the Fog) obscuring it some. But it's *really* good.
