Yarr, here he is. ::cough::Canasrip-off::cough:: His name is Luche, and he's a black mage, or, as he puts it, "a student of elder magic". Yes, I am a biter. Sue me.I like how he came out, but it didn't scan well.. Phooey.

woot! go black mage person! Great face, and you captured the movement well. My only note here is the shading of his clothes. The dark areas are too dark, its seems. That might ahve just been the scan though.. Great job!

I love his face...such a yummy-bishie. Also his hands are good, totally different from how you usually do those. The general design looks great, very different from what you might expect to be an usual mage. Sorry for not going into the details here, but I love it. One of your best works yet.
One thing though; the folds. I know it's stupid to be nagging about this in every piece you submit but it's really an important matter. Your works will look a hundred times better when the folds are alright. Believe me.

I would help you if I knew how. x.x; I'm not good at folds either. XD I tend to put those too few. And in wrong places. <.<
Maybe it's because they are so strong in this pic, different tones of black could make it better. Maybe. o.o Though, I know it's hard to do anything with colored pencils, especially if the paper is the wrong kind. It's pain in the ass. :/
But I'm sure you'll figure it out somehow, they're getting better and better every time.
Maybe you should try copying another artist's pic with lots of folds so that your hand kinda would get used to drawing them. It might be easier that way. o.o I've never tried that before, the idea just hit my mind right now. xD Could work...I might give it a try myself.
