I'm moving on to Photoshop because I noticed that the coloring is much better than SAI, but I won't stop using SAI. IMO, Photoshop is better for realistic/semi-realistic style and SAI is better for anime style.

Now this time I drew a different OC. She's one of the main characters. I made her gown look like water because that's her element. She's in a theater, acting. Here's more info about her:
