Description I'm doing portraits for my OCs (while practicing for a realism style). I plan to complete them but there are 8 protagonists so I think I can't accomplish them quickly. Next time I want to paint in Photoshop because the brushes there make the painting look much more realistic and I do hope I'll improve by then (I need mooore practice ;______; )

EDIT: Uploaded the high quality version. The problem yesterday is my internet connection that's why it became a little bit pixelated..

I think you did a wonderful job even with the brushes in Paint Tool Sai, it's gorgeous. I love her face.

it's beautiful! owo Yes, I would definitely go for PS when painting in a rather realistic style, SAI is good for simple drawings, it makes paintings look too blurry and you can't see the nice, strong paint strokes that can give your artwork a unique feel :3 I love the way you painted the hair and eyes, her gaze is soooo amazing.

Thanks!~~ Oh yes I noticed that before, PS is really the best for painting in a realistic style but I think can't seem to do it without the blending effect of SAI (although I haven't tried doing it in PS). I became spoiled to SAI

oh, you mean the 'water' brush in SAI, right? you can do it without any problems using PS! you just have to do it manually with the alt+click colour picking, it looks much more natural imo. Look -> [link] ^-^ i did it with 100 % opacity+fill so it would be even better to lower it a little bit. [link]

Everything about her is perfect! I love the red hair and the red dress, they go along her amazing blue eyes. And that necklace.....LOVE the details in it!! You've done an awesome job on this one!! Love it!!
