because i have yet turned 16 (though in a few days i will) n my mom is the only one who drives me to places i want to go when she feels like it so i can go buy stuff cause i know a place where they sell mangas n stuff

Why don't you read PH online? I remember there's a website still shares PH manga [link] Enjoy Reading the manga BOOK in the hands would be much better than reading it online but incase you can't w8 like me you can make an exception
