I just discovered the wonders of Sai today. So that's how everyone was getting nice clean lineart this entire time! How come no one told me?More work for friends. I originally did this for a subscription, but ~CaffinatedCrafting suggested that I turn it into a print so here it is!
I'm definitely not patient enough to play the games myself, but I must have watched around a dozen different videos to make sure I didn't screw anything up irreparably. All I have to say is: Looks uh, difficult.

Well, its not a total loss. Photoshop is better for adding textures, complex shapes, effects or text. SAI is more for drawing and painting? Actually ithink corell painter could be really suitable for you since you usually do lots of painting?
Umm, also i notice that people who work on photoshop and then later swap to SAI become master artists haha xD
