THIS is how a battle shoeld be. The Champion awaiting the chellenger with all his pokemon out, ready to battle. I like the battle field, as its an unique and excellent choice for a battle to take place. I also like how balanced everyone's at; Armaldo and Aggron on one side, Cradilly and Claydol on the other, Metagross right by him, as is his main pokemon, and Skarmory flying around. This looks really good! One thing I would change is maybe make it a little darker behind Steven, because then you could add more emphasis on Metagross' eyes, which look incredibly epic. Just a suggestion. Looks really awesome. I really like the way it shows that Steven has been waiting for Brendan. Same with the Mt. Silver art. I just really like that aspect of it. Maybe you could try to do a "final battle against villainous team leader" or something. Such as a battle against Cyrus in the Distortion World, maybe have Giratina fly by. Keep up the great work! ^_^

When I saw this picture, I immediately thought about Pokemon Emerald, since you can find Steven Stone in Meteor Falls and challenge him. His team is around the high 70's. I like the waterfall and how Armaldo is a luminous, shadowy figure in the background ^.^
