You catch as many as you can with balls, you level them up, put them against each other, you beat the bad guys...basically it.

I loved this game as a kid! I remember that I managed to capture photos of every Pokemon in the game, including Mew!

I never played Snap, but grew up on the original Pokemon games. If only the games looked as awesome as this! The Frillish in the foreground are an awesome touch. Congrats on the DD!

I love how it ties together. You did a very nice job capturing the movement of Lapras in the waves in a single frame. Also the Frillish(es? Don't know Frillish in plural) are a very nice detail, especially the transparent ones super close up!

The title just grabbed my attention while I was checking out the DD's. I love Pokemon Snap--it was one of my favorite N64 games back when I was a kid. Realistic Lapras looks amazing. But I feel a little bad for the Frillish she's pursuing! Who knew that a gentle Pokemon could have such a monstrous, carnivorous appetite? I also like how you made the clear water, and the clouds and sky look just like in the original game. This brought back so many fond and fun memories, and also increased my already great longing for a Pokemon Snap 3DS remake and sequel!

Thank you! Pokemon snap is one of my favorites too!! Think of lapras like a green sea turtle, very gentle but loves to munch on jellyfish.
Im hoping my pieces of these and any future upcoming ones will spark something in the universe for someone to start the sequel everyone ones hahah!

I hope so too! A 3DS remake and sequel for Snap is long overdue. If they make one, I hope they get Grezzo to do it--they did a phenomenal job on Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask 3D.

I adooore your two snaps I've saw, because how realistic scenes are overall but you still leave some Pokemon nostalgia with outline reminding a bit cartoony style.
I love this one, because of all the water quality AND Frilish blurred in the first plan

I love how the camera's focus looks like a pokeball. 
The whole Pokemon Snap series is a great idea! It also makes me nostalgic because I loved to play Pokemon Snap on N64. Even if I did harrass a lot of pokemon with items and tools in order to lure them out and get them close enough to the camera. xD For example, the way I treated Mew should have gotten me to jail.

This new series(?) of yours is fantastic! I can't wait to see what else you come up with. I loved playing this game on my cousin's console as a kid, but unfortunately didn't visit enough to really experience it fully.

LOL i hope it becomes a thing. I really like it and I already have a few planned. man, you can buy a ninendo 64 for like...$30 on amazon and a pokemon snap game for another $20 or so. I can finish the whole game in 2 hours. So IDK if it would all be worth the $50 haha! its fun tho. Maybe go see some walkthroughs.
