Name:Arcane Hound

Lifespan: 100-200 years

Common Habitats: Myrvain,Lumeria

Diet: Meat mostly.especially Sui or Visbaba meat

Population: Unknown

Description:

They were thought to be the legendary beasts that guards untold treasures in Myrvain but it is not known if it is accurate or not. As one of the canine beast species with inherent magic flowing through their veins, these Hounds can summon mild snowstorms and ice spires but like all races in Voleros, this will subtract 10-30 years of their long lifespan depending on the level of magic.

Arcane Hounds are sometimes seen but it is elusive and though this beast has garnered interests of many biologists and scientists, few have dared to find more about them because they live in Myrvain mostly.

The reason for this was they have a history of being killed off by poachers because their blood has magical properties and can heal gijinkas severely tapped out of their magic, their furs lasts forever and their fangs are stronger and sharper than any metal while their organs are made into delicacies. which is why they seem to stay clear off gijinkas.

These wolf creatures hunt in packs and can bring down a larger animal.They stay clear of ginjinkas unless the latter attacks first.
Females have lighter colors while Males have bigger built and darker furs and also they have tiny horns too which easily makes them distinguishable.

The Alpha Male is usually the biggest male with the largest horns but in some rare occasions an Alpha Female can take over the leadership (she is evidently recognized by her magic capabilities and shrill howl)

One of the unique capabilities of these race is how they bond with one another which grows till it is instinctual for them to aid a fallen brother or defend their mate.
It is unknown whether this kind of capability can grow when a gijinka bonds with an Arcane Hound.

Another interesting fact is that these beasts have no eyes for sight but each hound has a different rune circle in its place which makes magic casting easier for them.

The hounds actually have super hearing and smelling as their basic defense because they cannot see but remember that they have magic inherently flowing in them, this type of magic helps them enhance their perception towards their surroundings there fore they can run and avoid obstacles and it enables them to understand gijinkas
