Description
I went real big with this cosplay at the Fanboy Expo in Tampa and I decided to take on Demona from the "Future Tense" episode of gargoyles, the animated series. In the episode Demona is clad in battle armor, complete with laser cannons on her bracers and gold guns in holsters on either thigh. I also commissioned an Eye of Oden pendant because Demona is typically human during the day, and the Eye of Oden (as seen in the "Eye of the Storm" episode) can keep a gargoyle gargoyle during the day.

Everything else was made by me.

After priming my skin, I used Ben Nye Luxe Powder in cosmic blue purchased from sillyfarm supplies mixed with mixing liquid and painted it on with a make-up brush for the base and then went over it again by brushing on Ben Nye Luxe Powder in turquoise and then sealed with ben nye spray sealer. For added shading, I used bare minerals liner shadow in soft gray for my cheeks and lids and went heavy on the liquid eyeliner. I darkened my lips with burt's bees lip crayon and I filled in my eyebrows with a dark brown liner. It total, it took me about an hour to do my make-up after two practice rounds.
