Seeing a whale must be incredible, and even more so the fantasy of seeing them floating in the sky. It had been a long time since I'd wanted to make an art of a whale among the clouds, but I could never think of the landscape. But it's finally there.Done in photoshop cc 2017 and with Windows Surface Pro 4.
