Hello! This is Fratercula, and he's a raffle OC! Here's some basic info on him:

NAME: Fratercula
NICKNAMES: Frate, Puffin
GENDER: Male
ODDITIES: Has almost no tail floof, but because he has one he wasn't killed at birth. Is utterly and completely deaf. Because FoxWing tails lose volume in the summer his completely disappears in that season
PERSONALITY: Is very happy, pretty forgiving, and he doesnt know what other dragons say about him behind his back. Likes to think he's pretty lucky to be alive and instead of considering himself different he considers himself special. Pushover really, big softie. BAD hunter due to being born without the tribe's best ability. Always wears a smile. He cannot speak either as is the case with most deaf dragons
HISTORY: Fratercula was born to a dragon with an unknown name in the winter, and when he hatched his only issue seemed to be his tail. He was allowed to stay alive because he still had one. IT wasn't until he was 3 that the tribe discovered his deafness in horror. The situation was only made worse when summer came and his tail floof molted off. The other dragonets turned on him, but he hardly paid attention. He grew up without a clue of anything. He cant figght or speak but he is very skilled in weaving.

HOW IT WORKS
