Flowey: completely robot. Leaves have solar panels on it to get energyAsriel: had a dangerous disorder in his arms and other parts of his body. So he had to get robot limbs. His soul was also damaged so it had to be encased.
Asriel final form: 90% robot. With all the souls he trys to show the world the true meaning of kill or be killed. His soul is more durable in this form. And has wires spew out of his back that shock his enemies. The stars he shoots are made of compressed stars so they are more deadly.
