Pretty standard portrait here, young wistful looking lady deep in thought about god-knows-what. It's standard and clichΓ© for a reason though, as it evokes thoughts like this in the viewer.
I am not a fan of the texture you've added over her form. It's great and I think it adds to the feel of the piece, but not the cracks and details that overlap her body. Especially on her hands, it looks tacky and lazy on your part in editing. The rest isn't so bad, but I'd still prefer it not overlap her form.
The triangular-shaped highlight on the left is a nice addition in my opinion, it forms an arrow shape, drawing the viewer into looking directly at the head of the model while not being overbearing, and actually adding to the scene's atmosphere.
The vignetting is done nicely, not over done, and the whole set up allows for smooth action of the eyes over the parts that matter in the piece. I just wish those cracks on her hands weren't there.
