Usopp is stronger than Nami.
He's the one to make her climatact and up-date it. Even with her weatherballs from Weatheria, Nami doesn't have the wide range of weaponry and ammo that's in Usopp's arsenal.

But that's not what gave him a 200M bounty ... its that high due to events on Dressrosa, Shichibukai Doflamingo gave Usopp a 5 Star (500M) bounty and Marines witnessed that.

Also I wouldn't be surprised if some may have come from 2 yrs ago (story-wise) from SA. There were two Tenryuubito injured by the SHs then= the brother got punched by Luffy but the father was injured by Usopp when he landed on him, sending him flaceplanting into the floor. the sister, Saint Shaulia said she'd never forgive the SHs for the "insults" to her family.

okok^^  I agree with you ... that´s all right. But the new bounties are so new to me ... I still remember when Luffy only had 100 Mio ... and now Lysop has that twice^^

Yes that is a surprise.
I was expecting Usopp's 2nd bounty to be 100 M, but I was basing that on Luffy's bounties.
The first bounty for both Luffy and Usopp was 30M, then Luffy's 2nd bounty was 100M. Since Usopp was only SH whose 1st bounty was same as Luffy's I was thinking he'd get the same for 2nd bounty. I was wrong XD

For Luffy, this is 5th bounty= 30M -> 100M -> 300M -> 400M -> 500M (only 100M increase for last 2 bounties)
For others on Dressrosa
Zoro = 60M -> 120M -> 320M (200M increase )
Usopp =30M -> 200M (160M increase)
Franky = 44M  -> 94M (only SH on Dressrosa to get only 50M increase)
Most of 'Swirlyhats' got only a 50M increase to thiers save for Chopper (50 increase part of the gag of he's a 'pet'), then Sanji = 77M -> 177 (100M increase)

Interesting that Usopp's the only one not to get an even amount of 50M or 100M like all the others, instead his increase is 160M

oh I also forgot its possible part of Usopp's increase is his connection to a yonkou crew= his father Yasopp, is one of the main crew members of Red Hair Shanks. Its not only the power a pirate has, but the threat he poses that influences bounties. Its a threat to the Marines that this pesky crew with such a troublesome captain to have 2 connections (if the marines even know of Luffy&Shanks) to a yonkou.

yeah if you think about the strength in the crew connected with the bounty, Lysop comes direct after Zorro... but I think we both agree Sanji is stronger than him

but anyway... I don´t give the bounties in OnePiece so much attention. For me it doesn´t always shows the complete and real strength of a character.

Luffy and Zorro have beaten so many characters who had an higher bounty... ok, we all know they are two of the main characters of the story and they had to win this fights... but they are not the only ones...

the 11 Supernova are all much powerful, but their bounty is much different even after the 2 years

Yes, Sanji is stronger, but based on what we've seen in the manga, he still doesn't deserve a higher bounty than Usopp. 

One thing that many fans forget is the Bounties are not related to strength by itself. Aokiji said it himself.
The Marines assign the bounties due to what sort of threat the person poses.

Yes, here is where strength plays a part of. But intelligence, influence (how they are seen by the citizenry and ability to inspire other to become pirates) and connections also play part.

Lets remember that Robin got 79M bounty when she was only 7 yrs old, that's higher than the 30m Usopp got after he shot and burned the WG flag then shot Spandam to free Robin.  We know that a 7yr old  Robin wasn't as strong as Usopp was at EL yet at that age she got a bounty a lil over twice  of Usopp's. It wasn't strength but knowledge that earned the bounty. 

 Usopp's arsenal and innate ability to create weapons, plus a few other factors that we've seen make him a threat. The above example with Usopp's part in EL? That's influenced others, seen with Barto's fangirling calling Usopp & Robin the 'sniping duo'. The 'influencing others' (to become pirates) plays a part here and that part of what Marines consider when they make the bounties.

Robin get the high bounty as child because they need a reason to show the public she´s a threat and they said she had destroyed 8 Navi War ships... Sauro did it. But the Goverment wanted the public to know she had done it + she´s a devil from Ohara. That´s why she had 79 Mio Berry as child.

That's the excuse for why the bounty was high, and yes we know she's innocent of that rumor.

But it still remains that the real reason she got the bounty was not strength but her intelligence = she could read the ponyglyphs and that is such a very real threat to the WG that they made researching them illegal.
She didn't have any real strength beyond her strong mind and they didn't want to acknowledge to the public of "Hey this kid can read these illegal things!"  so they made up the rumor so they could explain why they set a such a high bounty for a child.
