I read the book twenty years ago and I've only seen the first movie, I did not like, too muscular and thunderous, there is notΒ the soul of the book that is a fairy tale and not a video game.

Oh, yes, we read the book in school! It was very sweet and a fantastic story & style. The movie is a little bit too Hollywood-ish... but the music is great! :'D

You've capturedΒ the Β ruggedness of the countryside. The black and white film makes it even more stark . Love the tones of gray and black. Nice composition. I know the photo was taken in Italy but it reminds me of the old west.
