I love it! Your work is truley amazing. Plus I am a bit partial to Macro shots, they are my favorite, though I take all kinds. Your use of colors is just extraordinary. Buy me a lense... im broke

I definitely agree with *wingsofsorrow about the colors: the combination of the blue and orange is so aggressive and striking, it really emphasizes the sharp edges on the spikes. I don't think you could have made a better choice combination of color and subject.

But I find this photo exceptional especially for its abstract simplicity; it's great that you can create such an impact with so little definite 'image'. Keep up the greatness!

I love the colours in this, the blue and orange are just so striking, it's an amazing photograph. The spikes look so awesome in the nlue against the orange..it's delicate and deadly. It's the coolest part of a mantis, which are absolutely fucking awesome anyway. The angle, the cropping so you *just* see where the leg connects..damn, you never fail to impress me.
