This cartoon reminds me of this new web series that's going to be on FEARnet in June called, Mari-Kariβ. About identical twinsβMari, a schoolgirl, and Kari, her dead, homicidal sister. Shannen Doherty does both girlsβvoices, and the anime-inspired artwork is very cool. Hereβs a link to the press release where you can check out details and the style of animation:
