Heeey! This is kind of an old icon, I just never submitted it to dA, but it was a special one for one of my good friends, ~RainbowBits . She's ordered 2 icons from me so far which I really like and gkdgd she's still wearing them, yay.

I don't usually do icons where the animation is anything other than a blink, but I might do "Winku" ones too for commissions, I dunno.

REGARDLESS, you can order your own blinku icon anytime. The information is on my profile. You can contact me by Note or any other way to ask about them or order your own, I just need a simple ref.
