yes, i'd say that her hips and everything below are disproportionately small, which seems unusual given how excellent your sense of proportion is in all your other work.
Also I think the triangle of her bikini pops out too much, it seems to come forward in front of her knee. I'd blame it on the reflected light you have coming from the bottom.
Other than that this shows great technique.

it's definitely different than your usual stuff. I've seen better, but I've seen far far far worse.
Her body seems much more cartoon-y than her face does, especially her eyes and lips, which is what I think throws me for a loop.
I really think you did the orb above her well, and none of it is bad. Congrats
