Blurr is the wisecracking, cocky and speed freak of the Autobot's who is the fastest land based Cybertronian as well as the most impatient as he just cannot sit still for so long. A notable combatant who is often partnered up with such bots like Kup, Hot Rod, Bumblebee and Ultra Magnus; to many a Decepticon he is the incarnation of pure annoyance whom drives their processors into a frenzy of spark ripping madness while to the Autobots he can get under their exhaust ports but they see just how much of a loyal and steadfast kind of 'Bot he is when taking on a whole squadron of Decepticons singlehandedly with that vicious unnatural power of his that defies the common knowledge of speed.
Based off of Sonic The Hedgehog with a smidge of Raiden for the visor piece above his head, this Elite Guard is ready to rock, Hyper Sonic Style!.

OK, here it goes.
Humans
Ike Lyric- your typical socially-awkward tween. His mother, Detective Ella Lyric, passed away after enduring severe lung injuries, and with only his step-mother, Melody Gard, looking after him, he is very insecure. He is extremely smart and overall moral, but is also very secretive.
Jen Hillburn- She is the director of the CNA/DNA sharing program known as Project Sibling. Despite her age, she is very knowledgeable, and almost like a big sister to Ike. She's also a bit of a clown half the time. Her main job is to make sure Project Sibling stays stable and can be put to further use in other Cybertronians.
Garfield Hillburn- Jen's father and supervisor. He's very disapproving of Project Sibling and the new Cybertronians in general. He wants genetic codes to stay unmixed and humans to remain the smartest species on the planet Earth. He generally hates the Decepticons, but he is mostly unprejudiced when it comes to Cybertronians.
Kyou Hamato- Japanese diplomat, very attracted to Jen and more than willing to help the Cybertronians with their new upgrades. He is a bit...perverted and can be a douche to Ike at times.
Autobots
Nova Prime- Supreme commander of the Autobots. He is very stern and has very little sense of humor. Even though he's distant from his troops, he is still a good leader. His alt form is a mobile assault cradle.
Optimus Prime- a young, resolute and very strong commander. He wants to connect with not only his troops, but anyone who he considers a potential friend. Very kidlike in mindset, but very aged and durable in spirit. His alt form is an orange and white 8-wheeled fire engine.
Ultra Magnus- Optimus Prime's younger brother. He is an expert with melee weapons and a fabled master of the element of lightning. His Project Sibling DNA is rumored to have been from a legendary warrior who the ancient Japanese knew as the god Raiden. His alt mode is mobile defense cradle.
Elita-1- the Cybertronian carrier of Ella Lyric's DNA. She is very kind but can be a little edgy when crime ensues, and very shy around Optimus . She also believes she is now Ike's mother and that Ella's detective work must be scaled up to Cybertronian cases. Her alt mode is a brown,white and pink tipper truck.
Jazz- a mellow, smooth-talking bot who has watched Optimus's back since they entered the Sibling Project. He is a master of stealth and a great musician. Though one of the smaller Autobots on the team, he is extremely powerful. His alt mode is a super-sleek sports car.
Ratchet- a dark-humored and grouchy war veteran. He is an expert medic but is a rookie in keeping people calm. Not many people like him except Prowl, and that's only because he follows orders. He transforms into a Chevrolet Astro ambulance.
Ironhide- the team's weapon-smith. He is one of the oldest Autobots on the team yet one of the more good-natured oldsters. He is also Bumblebee's mentor. His alt mode is a 115mm gun truck.
Bulkhead- the big softy in the huge armor. He only speaks when spoken to, and usually speaks in a deep, soft voice. His biggest flaw is his clumsiness, which is somewhat balanced out by his creativity. His alt form is a Humvee.
Wheeljack- the paranoid mad scientist of the group. He often speaks in riddles, but the thing most understood is that Bumblebee is needed to keep his inventions from falling completely apart. His alt form is a Freightliner-like wrecker.
Bumblebee- the youngest Autobot on the team and one of their main engineers. He doesn't see a lot of combat, but when he does, he finishes it quick yet regrettably without grace. His alt mode is a Porsche-like convertible.
Arcee- a law enforcement lieutenant alongside Prowl. Her swiftness makes her almost invisible and untouchable in the line of fire. She's a bit abrasive but soft deep down. Her alt mode is an all-white police cruiser.
Prowl- a completely systematic Autobot law enforcer. Some describe him as a walking refrigerator. He never thinks outside the box, and while this means he never disobeys an order, it also means he's detached from his partner, Arcee. He turns into a black and white police car.
Strika- the team's Arctic-based zoologist. She's chubby in figure but very attractive nonetheless. Her tactics are a bit dark even though she is quite easy to embrace. Her alt mode is an armored transport.
Hot Shot- the "lady-killer" of the team and Strika's nephew. He has power over flames, but even when he's not using them, he is still a hot head. He uses his "mad skills", speed, heavy armor, and various weapons to outdo the Decepticons. His alt mode is an M1117 Guardian ASV.
Blackarachnia- a former Decepticon refugee. She hides a lot of her past by almost never speaking. As far as friendliness goes, she's one of the least likely to be kind to anyone. She only speaks to give advice to her new comrades. Her alt form is a giant techno-organic spider.
Drift- a happy-go-lucky Ex- Decepticon who eagerly aids those in danger of his old faction's attacks. His skills with swords are near unmatched, especially when he throws them. His alt form is a super car similar to a Bugatti Veyron.
Grapple- the team's architect. He is the victim of a freak accident prior to Project Sibling when his alt mode was a pickup truck in which he hit a mine that blue his left leg and arm off (as well as damaging his optics) . Before receiving the DNA, he had to be rebuilt and given a new alt mode. He is the most technologically outfitted Autobot in the group. His alt form is a 10-wheeled mobile crane.
Beta and Kappa- twin Autobot femmes who mysteriously joined the group 3 weeks after Project Sibling. They are fun-loving and near inseparable. Their strangest trait is how they constantly seem to want to lead the other Autobots somewhere important. Their alt modes are two extra-sleek, small semis with evidence of once having trailers.
Astroscope- the Autobots' chief astronomer and constant daydreamer. She is very intelligent and very sweet, but it is very hard for her to pay attention. She has the ability to superheat her body using solar panels on her back, but she seldom uses it. Her alt mode is a limousine known as a Superbus.
Headstart- a rather odd fembot. She has the ability to partially remove her head, which is attached to cables that can go as far out as 100 feet. She's a bit dumb, but very eager to learn and protect whatever she can. Her alt mode is a 1950s-style sports car.
Roadbuster- an inexperienced Autobot scout. He and Nova Prime are constantly butting heads because Roadbuster feels his rule is to harsh. He tends to buddy up with Optimus because of his more gentle leadership and friendly attitude. All he really wants to do is what he feels is truly right. His alt mode is a mobile howitzer.
Neutrals
Sandstorm- a very loud and adventurous bot. He wants to join the Autobots, but won't join until Nova Prime steps down because of his attitude. The only thing he fears is boredom so he's constantly doing something to keep his motor running. His alt modes are a Volkswagen Baja and a miniature turbofan VTOL.
Adventas- a young Cybertronian joyaholic. He is obsessed with the holiday Christmas because of a severe cerebral injury. No matter what time of year it is, he runs around leaving gifts for everyone, even the Decepticons, which pushes the Autobots to keep an optic on him. His alt form is a new-model pickup truck.
Mindset- a stubborn old crockpot. Anything that's new, he doesn't like. He especially hates the attitude of the newly-born Cybertronians and especially how they're becoming techno-organic. He wants everything to be restored to the way it was when he first landed on earth. His alt mode is a really rusty tractor.
Cross- a motherly figure who can also be a bit violent. She has the ability to tear anyone who rubs her the wrong way completely to shreds with tentacles constructed like barbed wire. Though she is now very docile, she is rumored to have devoured children at one point. Her alt form is a Paramount Mbombe.
Flamewar- a loudmouth rebel on the run from Arcee. She tends to make tire marks on the police cars she crosses, especially on the bot she's on the run from. She also tends to say a lot of hateful things that she usually doens't mean to keep anyone else from getting hurt in the process of being friends with her. Her alt form is a Harley-Davidson chopper.
Decepticons
Megatron- the tyrannical Decepticon emperor. His contempt for organic life rises and falls depending on his mood. He is very childish but still extremely smart, and all-around diabolical. Most Decepticons refer to him as a spoiled brat, but those who say that around them face severe mutation or death. His alt is a thermal howitzer.
Starscream, Skywarp, and Thundercracker- three mantis-like Decepticon Seeker brothers. They are Megatron's most trusted hunters, even though they really shouldn't be trusted by anyone, period. Their main goal is to one day overthrow Megatron and rule over the Decepticons with an even tighter grip. Their alt forms are F-35 Lightning II fighter jets.
Soundwave- the Decepticon communications officer. He is among one of the biggest and most intelligent Decepticons, carrying his tank minions Rumble and Frenzy, his jet minions Laserbeak and Ratbat, and his spy car minion Ravage in his vehicle mode with plenty of room for his comrades. He tends to listen in on conversations to search for information that may cripple the Autobots for good. His alt mode is giant cargo plane.
Shockwave- the Decepticon mad scientist. The only thing that matches his loyalty to Megatron is his hatred of organic life. However, he relishes in using painful techno-organic mutation as a punishment for traitors. If he had emotions, he'd laugh sadistically the whole time the traitors suffer. His alt mode is a Hummer stretch limousine.
Blitzwing- the Decepticon tactician. He has an extreme multiple personality syndrome, which can be a bit of a setback when in combat. His uncontrollable nature makes him a threat to both factions, but the Autobots are the ones who need to be wary, since in any personality, he remains a true military genius. His alt modes are an anti-air tank and an F-22 Raptor.
Slipstream- a rogue Decepticon warrior queen. She was mutated with human and hornet DNA as punishment for thinking organics were "kinda cute". She now leads a small Decepticon band of misfits who conquer Autobots and Decepticons alike for pure pleasure. Her nature can be kind of sweet but very sadistic at the same time. Her alt mode is a F-16 Fighting Falcon.
Demolisher- a rogue Decepticon berserker. He was mutated with gorilla DNA for refusing to kill a human whose leg was pinned underneath a rock. He still retains his firepower from his previous form. His brute strength is balanced out by a very patient and somewhat kind disposition. His alt mode is an MLRS.
Blackjack and Rook- two rogue Decepticon, soon-to-be-Autobot brothers. These two are mostly honest, except they have a nasty habit of gambling for spare parts they don't even need due to their new techn-organic forms. Rook is the most intelligent, while Blackjack is the most risk-taking. Their alt forms are twin Toyota Prius cars.
Jetfire- a middle-aged Decepticon swordsman and an old "friend" of Starscream's. He hates the Decepticon cause with all his spark. His true desire is to become techno-organic, but not in the painful fashion presented, but he will buy his time until he can contact the Autobots and arrange a change of allegiance. His alt mode is a space shuttle.
Airachnid- a sad and lost experiment of Shockwave's. She was Decepticon Airstrike, the first to truly show love and compassion towards organics and the Autobots. Her punishment was being mutated with vampire bat, human, spider, and scorpion DNA. She considers herself an Autobot, since they are the only ones who would be willing to help her. She's tried the neutrals, but even when she truly wants help, a more beastly part takes over and she ends up devouring them whole. She spends her days wandering and screaming for help in a tear-jerking and anguished voice. As Airstrike, she was an AH-64 Apache, but in her new form, she is now a V-22 Osprey.
