Awesome . In reality, that actually makes more sense than just having them be poison-tipped. With ones like that, you have to wait and hope the exact amount of a lethal dose was administered via scratch or something like that. With hypodermic tips, a single shot is all you need, because you know that onced you make contact, its immediately pumped into your enemy's bloodstream via impact-trigger mechanism or something.
