I tried to make a pun with her name hhh

This is my new chibi style! They're easier to draw so I can make more!
Casual clothes is my favorite kind of clothes to draw + black stockings are so fun to colour!
Blond hair and shine are still pretty hard to do so I'm still experimenting~ She has a really pretty design so it was easy to finish though!
I really like characters with wavy hair because it looks like it's floating!
I also tried to do the "dreamy effect" (you know, the pastel color when something is far xD) I always forget to add it and I think it looks nice and soft ;A;
