Ah, happy endings. Happy endings aaaaallll around! Anyway, this is basically the end of the Sylvana arc.
In the previous scene, Sylvia got stabbed by Morgana, therefore severing her connection with her and destroying the Eldritch Queen's soul (it was on a gem that was stuck to Sylvia-Sylvia's sacrifice shattered it). When Sylvia was dying, Wander got so emotional he began glowing mysteriously, which somehow healed Sylvia. And here we are. Sylvia waking up in the hospital and the reunion between her and Wander. And finally, Sylvia is free from Morgana's influence.
I know I had Sylvia suffer throughout her possession in my drawings, but I wanted her to be happy now. She really needed a break...
