Now time to make the rest of the new Kumandran chiefs! Xiao and Jade are already done.
This is Talon's, Madam Nong!
Madam Nong is based off of a deleted character from Kung Fu Panda 2 who was supposed to be a henchwoman for Shen. Here, she runs a sort of vigilante crime syndicate and is more of a quirky antihero.
She's the oldest of the new Kumandran chiefs. For her design, I actually based her off of an extinct gibbon from Ancient China.
