Description
Meant to redo Fan Tong's redesign for a while, especially since I am doing a Mutant Mayhem AU with the Dumplings! I got the other three designed (one from a friend), and I was trying to figure out how to do his.
I settled on him getting Talon garb from Xiao, which he loves!
