Race: Surge Class 3 - latent Dracomorphis
This is Loki, one of the many surged. He has green fluorescent scales, a tail and is a latent Dracomorphis (what he doesn't know yet). As a competent mercenary he is an excellent sniper among other things. Life as a mercenary is probably even more uncomplicated when you have amnesia.
