We have hopes to put our bedroom in our basement after we refinish it... we had cracks in the foundation and mold from the water, so we had to strip out all the finishing to fix the cracks and now have to redo it all.

    awww, you~
You've actually helped me so many times as well, especially when it comes to world building and the whole concept of story! I only really thought about characters and probably a few location details before, but you've made me see the great potential in developing an entire universe for it all! You helped me so many times with stuff (like not to draw ears on the neck <.<), I can't thank you enough!

(and I've literally eaten your first favourite. Oops)

It's great how you try to help others improve, rather than just thinking "lol, nerd" and leaving it at that. I'm pretty sure someday another bunch of artists will start citing you as part of their inspiration?

Yeah, it's like the power is in your hands, all you have to do is refine and record it! It's such an amazing thing to think about what you can invent and make into "reality" for these worlds, I just- wow!!
Ah that's fine! Character-driven stories are usually better. Like, having a strong/realistic character put IN to situations (rather than making them revolve around the story/world) is what makes them seem compelling and real. That's why good comics can have the character in any situation, and still be interesting to find out what happens to them~
And thinking of the designed world as a character with it's own unique personality can help make it come alive as well! It's not just a static backdrop after all.

whOA that'd be really cool lol i like seeing art improvement i guess XD

ikr! its really weird when you think about it
yeah plus people can usually relate to a character more than the cause of situations (especially if it's a fantasy story with witches and stuff).
other than it being easier to draw fan art of them lol
yeah where's the fun in basic worlds when you can have complex ones (unless basic is what you're aiming for i guess).
