I think you have really nice art! Everyone has to start out somewhere! Keep in mind that I started drawing 6-7 years ago so I have tons of experience... Some criticism I'd give is anatomy, I suggest looking at a picture of a wolf or any animal to get the general positioning and shape of the body and then stylize it to your style!
