It is a well-known fact that you can find a Shevil in all four corners of the world. Japan is no exception to this rule, even if the "Shevil" name has been changed to a more local "Shevietsu". Besides that, there are few differences to be found between Shevietsus and their "cousins" across the sea. Across their history in the land of the rising sun, there have been many Shevietsus of large behind with a hard time keeping their panties secured under their pants. From the time of the samurai clans, to world war 2 and beyond, many of these women have left their mark on their clan's history, for the better or the worst.

Little is known of Tara's childhood, or the time before she joined the Ryujin clan. It is known though that Tara was prideful and stubborn from an early age, always determined to get her target, no matter the cost. This determination quickly brought the attention of higher members of the clan, including the leader, Koko Ryujin. Impressed by her will and skills (but not so much her team-work and narrow-mindedness when it came to her targets), she began to give her more and more challangeing missions. Feeling her mistresse's eyes watching her every move, Tara completed each and every one of them (with various grades of success). She did so mostly alone, both because of her own choices and the fact that no other ninja wanted to work alongside her. Feeling satisfied, Koko gave Tara one final test, to see if she would be worthy of becoming part of the clan elite. Grinning under her mask, Tara agreed without sparing a glance to her mission briefing and traveled across the sea to begin a new mission and also, a new chapter in her life.

The Ryujin family are very secretive when it comes to their agents missions, so very little is known about what Tara was actually doing across the sea, only that she became part of a high school for some time and met a beautiful, senior student named Janice. Rumors say that Tara tried many times to seduce the brunette, failing again and again, but still keeping at it, to the point where she slowly began to forget about her other obligations. To proud to let go, or admit that she could not win, she ignored her clan's messages, even once leaving a messanger in an atomic wedgie as a warning of what would happen if they continued getting in their way. In less than a week after that, a squad appeared and took Tara back to the islands. It was about time she had a chat with Koko.

It is said that the clan leader offered Tara a chance for redemption if she admited to her faults and began her career once more as a minor agent. But the Shevietsu woman, angered by such a shameful proposal, tried to attack Koko instead...only to be soundly defeated before the other members of the clan and get her big bottom spanked purple, until no more tears could come out of her eyes. After being literally kicked out, she swore revenge...but not only on the clan who had humiliated her. No, in Tara's mind, there was one person, just one, who was really to blame for every bad thing which had happened to her in the past few years: Janice.

Only recently was she able to get some of her revenge, only to be stopped by the members of the town's local police force. Luckily for her, her actions caught the eye of another lady of the shadows. Not a ninja, but a thief, wanting to regain her own lost pride. This will not be an allience between friends of course, but just of convenience. If they want to get back to their peak, both Alice Ribbons and Tara Shevietsu must work together...or at least try.
