Overall, I like the work you've done here with the inking and the crosshatching. The only thing amiss there is the right shin of the animal: I'm unsure if it's the texture or the shading but it looks odd, lacking clear hints of foreshortening.
You have a good knowledge of dinosaurian anatomy and that's something that should be built upon 
The most glaring thing is the animal's cheek. The ear should be above the jaw joint along the back of the skull not inside the infratemporal fenestra. One should also see the jaw opening muscle at the back of the skull even if only accentuated in the shading.

I was thinking his feet are just a tad bit small as well. But I was trying to make it look like he was coming straight at you...bleh...foreshortning is pure evil.
