According to this scaling Ganon from ALttP is 7'11 or 242 cm tall. His TLoZ (NES) sprite seems different but storywise they're supposed to look the same . Link model is half his size, about 120 cm.
Classic Link: 718 px = 120 cm or 3'11
1 px = 0.17 cm
Classic Master Sword: 634 px = 105 cm or 3'5 [1]
Hero of the Wild: 964 px = 160 cm or 5'3 [2]
1. This Master Sword follows Classic Link proportions even though it's not present in the original game. BotW version of the weapon is bigger, about 135 cm or 4'5 .
2. A certain Gerudo states to be 8' tall. We never see her standing, but there's another character that seems to have the exact same model. If we compare them Link is 5'7. However, the proper way to measure someone doesn't count ponytail or heels, and Link being 6'4 is inconsistent with the fact he's only taller than children and the elderly . That's why I think it's safe to say he's below 1.7 m.
