I love the style, this is a nice looking photo. The dark clouds mix well with the architecture of the mosque. I wish there were a way to crop out the pillars that were caught on both the edges of this photo because they distract from the view of this massively beautiful structure. But, like most large buildings, I'd bet good, full views are hard to come by for taking photos. I really like what you did with it, though. Looks nice. Keep 'em coming!

Thank you especially for stating what exactly you like I very much appreciate it Yes it is tough to get whole mosque into the frame especially with a phone (I was in İstanbul just for one day for work and didn't have my camera unfortunately) and if you get far to get it you gotta get out of the building and then the high walls prevent you from getting the dome in the view as you see here [link]

i like the frame, sky and the gloomy dark lighting. There is, however, a bright, oversharpened jagged edge on the right that's very distracting. I don't think you ned this much sharpening. If that was USM, you could decrease the radius. If it is an in-phone HDR, you would be better off editing it on the computer via a tone mapping program like redynamix.

Thank you for stating what you like and especially fouls you see in the photo that helps me improve I noticed to edge but shamefully couldn't backtrack the reason, it's a phone photo as I didn't have my cam with me but no HDR, there's no USM, I just tweaked the light, tones etc a bit with Lightroom. I was gonna crop it out but then the framing was getting worse, maybe sometime I'll get on Photoshop to fix it and will consider your advices from now on

I see. Shadow/highlight function in photoshop does it too. I don't think there is an easy fix to that problem.

It always feels like the best structures are everywhere but America......
This is amazing.

I don't agree with that, there are good architectural pieces in America too Just not centuries old mosques (I bet even the tought of it would give republicans consecutive heart attacks ), cathedrals etc but if you like em Turkey stays where it is for you to come and see

I do know that there are ABSOLUTELY beautiful architecture in America, I guess I just enjoy the art everywhere else better. i'd love to come and see the rest of the world, but I couldn't even dream of the money it would take! I'm so poor...
Thank you for replying, it was very kind of you to put your opinion in.
I love your work!
