Yes it does but I haven't written it all out yet. Hopefully I will set aside some time and will work out a detailed story. It is funny you mention children's book because I have been trying to get into that field for several years.

I like this idea. I think it would make for an interesting tale of a mouse telling stories to someone who cannot sleep, or one who comes across the mouse's path.
