Description
The progress of this image was determined by how much tea I could drink. Oolong, Darjeeling, Green and maybe a bit of White tea.
Tea, pastel and graphite pencil on illustration board.

Ha ha! The Green tea was low caffeine but the black teas were their normal potency... and sleep was at its normally deprived state.

Ah, very much the idea I had with her: fleeting; momentary; transient; passing but not to be soon forgotten.

Painting with tea is comparable to coffee. Different teas make different stains and the potency of the stain varies.
