Description
This is the 8th in my series of Yu-Gi-Oh! Romance portraits. This one features the ultimate romantic couple from YGO---Maximillion Pegasus and his beloved wife, Cecelia Pegasus.
Yes, Pegasus has both his eyes in good working condition in this, which is set after the series, in our fan fiction. In it, we bring Cecelia/Cynthia back from the dead (well, she was actually never "dead" but rather in the Dominion of the Beasts in her dragon form 
) and of course, Pegasus is overjoyed and ecstatic to see his adored one again. 
I wanted Pegasus to look really dreamy and enthralled with her and I hope that was conveyed. 
And finally, this piece is dedicated to YamiZoe-sama for her unfailing devotion for this couple!!!

Pegasus' goals in the Duelist Kingdom arc were overall misguided due to grief. (I kind of feel bad for the guy when I learned of his motives, but it's no excuse though.)
In any case, lovely portrayal of these two lovers.

I loved Pegasus, the fact that he was doing it all for love made him my favorite villain of all. I always tend to love how grief stricken villains act and their reasons and what they do. I love that he was looking to revive her, that was really deep. I love that he was chasing something nearly impossible to attain. His ending was even better, I love his shrine.

I LOVE Yu-Gi-Oh!
Eh, I never really liked him, but I can certainly understand his motivation for his actions. He was causing other people the same pain that he felt when Cecilia died which I found to be ironic. I did find it hilarious when he tells of Funny Bunny and his beloved Toon Monsters. XD
My #1 favorite Yu-Gi-Oh villain is Dartz. His reasoning for his scheme rings true even to this day.
My second favorite (and I have no idea why) is Yami Marik.
My third favorite Yu-Gi-Oh villain is Yami Bakura. I don't know why I like him either. \
The minor villains that I like are: Crump (dub version only), Johnson, and Lector from The Big Five.

I personally think the least dangerous is Zigfried.

That's true that Siegfried is the least worrisome. He was more a nuisance than a real danger.

And that's why Siegfried's more of a nuisance than a real threat. I figured that Kazuki (if he directed the filler arcs that were Waking the Dragons and Grand Championship) felt that a break from the magical madness was needed.

Hmmm...I don't remember who, bbut someone once said that Yu-Gi-Oh! had no canon couples. Bull crap to that! THIS IS AWSOME!

You know when I first saw the end of the duelist kingdom arc and Pegasus's motives were revealed. My thoughts went from thinking "this guy is cruel" to being "this guy has misguided methods" to thinking "he has overall noble motives". You don't see this kind of character often. It's the complex characters that are the most interesting.
